Or how I learned to love translations

Many surveys nowadays should include a multi-language component, if only to better engage with Hispanic audiences.

A typical setup at MX8 is that you have two Live audiences, one for Hispanic and the other non-Hispanic:

In the Hispanic audience, we'ver specified the language as Spanish, and the survey is then automatically translated into Spanish:

You can also review the translations on the Translations tab and edit them if you're a language expert. If you're not, then contact us, and we can arrange a review of the survey by one of our partner translation houses.
